Medium Frequency Furnace Application
This intermediate frequency induction furnace used for melting ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal such as copper,aluminum,etc.It can also be used for bending pipe ,quenching and all kinds of metal bar's diathermy.
Medium Frequency Furnace Applicable Environment :
1. Temperature should be at 2℃ to 35℃.
2. The relative humidity no more than 90%
3. Installation height not higher than 1000m
4. No conductive dust and corrosive gas in working place.
5. No explosion and violent vibration room around the place
6. The temperature of the the cooling water should no less than 10℃,not more than 30℃,hardness<8 degree,Ph<degrees,pressure>0.2Mpa.
7. Power supply must be AC 380V 3-phase 50Hz/60Hz,Voltage fluctuation 370-410Volts.
SUPER Medium Frequency Furnace Introduction:
1. The power cabinet body is designed with a fully enclosed structure, and the cabinet is made of 3mm steel plate. The protection class is IP54. The main power cabinet adopts a split modular design, which facilitates the installation and transportation of equipment. All the originals used in the whole system are from well-known brands with reliable quality, and they must be rigorously tested and screened after the factory.
2. This set of equipment can realize fully automatic remote control, including PLC programmable controller, HMI man-machine interface or industrial control computer system, industrial control configuration software and various sensors. It can realize automatic operation,such as automatic constant temperature, automatic oven and anti-wearing furnace alarm, which is safer and more convenient to use.
3. This series resonant dual-supply Intermediate frequency power supply is also equipped with a computer-aided management system. Not only can display real-time data and information of power supply operation, but also display the operating status and information of the entire system, and has functions such as automatic insulation, oven, furnace start, and fault archiving.
