Introduction of lab vacuum atmosphere furnace:
SP series atmosphere box furnace can protect materials from oxidation and decarburization with flowing Nigrogen ,Argon and other inert gas. It is an ideal furnace for sintering ,reducing with inert-atmosphere in labs of university ,research institution and industrial company.
SP-1600BV furnace can be working under Vacuum, Nitrogen and other inert gases atmosphere situation, which consists of high quality alumina fiber brick and MoSi2 heating elements with chamber of 8"x8"x12", and temperature is controlled by high precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/-1 oC and 30 segments programmable up to 1200oC. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering in your research laboratory.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
