High Temperature Lab Electric Furnace Brief Introduction:
1. Lab electric chamber size :from 100*100*100mm to 600*600*600mm (1L- 216L)
2. Lab electric operation temperature:100℃ to 1600℃ .Max temperature : 1700℃
3. thermal insulation material: 1800 ceramic fiber board which is made of high purity alumina fibers and alumina powder to be formed and fired in special equipment.
4. Lab electric heating element :Resistance wire for 1200.C furnace ,SiC rod for 1400.C furnace ;MoSi2 rod heating elment for 1500-1800.C furnace .
5. Temperature measuring instrument :K type thermocouple for 1200℃ lab electric furnace; S type thermocouple for 1400.C furnace ; B type thermocouple for 1500-1700.C furnace .
